Fall Crafts for Holiday Gifts
Sat, Nov 8th, 10am-3pm
Using birch bark, origami, Kumihimo and jewelry-making techniques, you will be guided through the process of creating several different craft items to bring home or give as gifts.
Not Just Gingerbread Houses
Sat, Nov 22nd, 10am-3pm
This workshop lets you experience gingerbread as a building material. You’ll learn about the entire process from mixing the dough, to shaping, baking, icing, building and embellishing. We will demonstrate several holiday pieces: hanging ornaments, candlesticks, place markers and houses or design your own. You will be able to bring home your pieces or give them as gifts.
The Circular Calendar
Sat, Dec 20th, 10am-3pm
Using designs from ancient civilizations you will learn to make a beautiful round calendar for 2009 to grace your home. See a new way of looking at the year.
All workshops will include a break for lunch (please bring your own) and time to hike on the trails or play a round of big games.

Cost per workshop: $ 50 (1 child, 1 adult (18+)), $ 10 for add’l child (max. 2 kids per adult)
